"All the hard work put in by the owners and architects would be for nothing if there was not first class builders on hand to interpret and deliver the quality and attention to detail demanded by this brilliant design."

Traditional and contemporary building works

One-off houses are something that have been built in increasing numbers in recent years. Our resources enable us to construct uniquely designed houses in all situations.

We are able to construct traditional masonry houses in either brickwork or render, or timber framed houses again finished in a variety of materials. We have also completed a two storey complex of flats for rental as well as five houses on the site of a petrol station for a local developer as well as numerous individual houses for private clients. The type of property that we have constructed varies from end of terrace to semi-detached to detached bungalows and houses of all sizes and styles. Please view our portfolio of new build houses.

Barn conversions are a popular way of taking an old unused barn and turning it into a striking home.

Using our resources we have been able to convert old derelict barns in to stunning homes using reclaimed materials including old oak beams, secondhand red bricks and peg tiles to give an authentic look and feel. Our joinery shop is able to make purpose made window and door frames to suit any size of opening and staircases to match. Barn conversions can also require underpinning works to meet modern requirements; this is a specialist job which our team of ground workers have completed numerous times. Please view our portfolio of completed barn conversions.
